Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Resource and Recycling division covering the recycling and waste management sector. This extremely busy desk comes with established client relationships, ready to work vacancies and opportunities to build the division even further with full support from your team, line managers and training partners. This is a very busy desk and will suit someone who can hit the ground running in a target driven sales role.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be
responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Resource and Recycling division
- Managing new and existing client accounts
- Negotiating terms and offers of employment
- Sourcing candidates using our internal database and multiple job boards
- Interviewing candidates and matching to open or potential vacancies
- Candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle including administration, interview process, and continuous feedback
- Formatting, creating, and advising candidates on their CVs and cover letters
- Creating attractive and engaging job adverts in line with Astute’s standards and quality
What we need from you:
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated and target driven to deliver results
- Excellent telephone manner
- Outstanding organisation, IT, and administration skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is advantageous
